GERNERAL FAQ'S



1. Are we guaranteed to be able to ask the celebrity a question?

Only customers who have purchased a VIP OR PLATINUM ticket will be in with a chance of asking a question. These ticket holders submit their questions in advance and our team will go through all the questions picking out the best ones. If your question is selected, we will contact you to in advance to run through how this will work on the evening. Don’t worry if you don’t get chance to ask a question, we will have a great guest interviewer who will be asking a whole range of interesting and insightful questions.



2. How many questions will be asked by the audience?

There are usually between 5 and 8 questions asked by the audience depending on timing.



3. Whats on the menu?

The menu will be sent out in the customer information pack which you will received 2 weeks prior to the event. If you have any dietary requirements, please provide details when you’re booking your tickets and if you need any further information please email us on info@anexperiencewith.com



4. What if I have dietary requirements?

Upon booking your tickets we ask you disclose any dietary requirements, we then give this information direct to the venue who will cater for your requirements accordingly. For more information please email info@anexperiencewith.com.



5. What Shall I wear?

All An Experience With events are strictly Black Tie. Our events are highly exclusive so we want everyone to dress for the occasion.

Gentleman, whilst we’d love everyone to wear a dinner jacket and bow tie we will also allow very smart dark suits and standard black ties. If any of our guests happen to be Scottish and proud we welcome anyone attending in a kilt.

Ladies, we appreciate that a female Black tie dress code is a little harder to define and so we ask that you dress to impress. Dresses can be long or short, smart trousers and jumpsuits are welcome, any colours are permitted but all outfits should be glamourous and elegant.

- Can I wear a light grey suit?

Unfortunately not, if you are unsure of Black Tie dress code you can find out more by searching on Google

- Do I have to wear a suit Jacket?

Ideally yes, however, we understand you may need to take off if warm.

- I have a very expensive suit can I wear that?

We have slight exceptions if you have a suit that is worthy of the exclusiveness of our events please email us with a picture and our management will make the final decision.

- Can I wear brown shoes?

Yes you can as long as they are not badly worn and are smart.





6. Will I be refused entry if I fail to look smart?

Unfortunately, yes. Dressing for the occasion is an important part of our exclusive evening events. If you are unsure contact us on our info@anexperiencewith.com account and we can help you



7. Can we bring cameras to the event to take pictures?

Yes you can, we encourage customers to take many pictures and to share across social media with the #ANEXPWITH. DSLR cameras are permitted at the event for personal use only. Any press related photographers should contact us in advance of the event.



8. If I fall ill on the day of the event can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not, we only refund customers if the event is rescheduled or cancelled by AEW 1 LIMITED, T & Cs HERE

10. Do you offer any access support for anyone with additional requirements?

We want our events to be accessible for all. We offer 50% discount for an assistant ticket for anyone who is registered as disabled. If you have any specific access requirements, please send us an email and we will do our best accommodate your needs.



11. What time does the event finish?

Our events are usually finished at around 23.30 with the interview finishing by around 22.30 with photo experiences and after dinner entertainment continuing after. These timings are approximate and a schedule will be provided in our customer information pack which will be emailed out 2 weeks prior to the event.



12. Will parking be available at the venue?

Our events vary and take place at a range of different venues. We ask customers to visit the specific venues website direct to find out further information.



13. What are the sponsorship options?

If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor please contact info@anexperiencewith.com for more information.



14. How long will the celebrity be on stage for?

We estimate that our celebrity guests will be on stage for around 65 to 80 minutes depending on the final schedule and timings of the evening.



15. Can I pre order drinks?

A drinks package is included as part of the VIP and Platinum table packages. For all other guest’s details of this vary between each venue but pre order information will be provided in the advance customer information pack.







PHOTO UPGRADE EXPERIENCES

What are the photo upgrade options?



1. Premium Photo & Autograph.

This entitles the ticket holder only to one photo with the celebrity guest and for one personal item to be signed. The ticket holder should bring the item they wish to be signed, suggestions include a book, an event programme or a tshirt. We reserve the right to refuse a ticket holder to request for an autograph on any personal item the AEW or celebrity management team feel is inappropriate.



2. A single person photo experience.

This entitles the ticket holder only to one photo with the celebrity guest.



3. A 2 person photo experience.

This entitles the ticket holder and one friend to one shared photo with the celebrity guests. Both people will be in the same photo with the guest.



All photos will be taken on the evening by a professional photographer, printed onsite and issued to ticket holders with a montage frame. Please note the with the 2 person photo experience two copies of the photo and frame will be issued.



How do I redeem my ticket for my photo experience?

When purchasing any of our photo upgrade experiences, your order will be attached to the confirmation email. At every event we will have a customer service desk where this confirmation email along with ID can be exchanged for a photo upgrade lanyard which gives you access to our exclusive photo area after the interview. Whilst you’re welcome to make this exchange as soon as you arrive at the event we often find that’s our busiest time. We suggest that you go through to the main event and pop back to the customer service desk later in the evening, just make sure you come to us before 20:30.



When and where do the photo upgrade experiences happen?

The upgrade photo experiences will take place when the celebrity comes off stage in another area of the venue. Please ensure you listen carefully to any instructions given to you by our event team on the night and any announcements made. Make sure you have exchanged your confirmation email for a photo upgrade lanyard at the customer service desk before 20:30.



When will we get our photos?

Your photos will be ready to collect to take home the same evening along with the high quality montage photo frame.



Will I get a digital copy?

Yes we include digital copies as part of the photo deal. These will be available online a couple of days after the event on a secure password part of our website.



What do I do if I have booked more than one photo experience?

If you have booked more than one photo experience, please notify the customer service staff when collecting your lanyard. The will be able to notify the photography team to ensure enough time is allocated for all of your upgrade experiences. Please ensure you display all lanyards on arrival at the photo experience room.



What happens if I miss the allocated photo time?

Unfortunately, if a guest misses their photo experience time slot there is nothing we can do about this and cannot arrange for the photo to be taken another time. Estimated timings will be issued with the customer information pack 2 weeks prior to the event and announcements will be made in the main room at the event. If you have any questions on the night please head over our customer service desk where the team will be happy to help.



During my photo can I ask the celebrity to sign something?

Only if you have purchased a premium photo upgrade? We do not allow this for the 1 person or 2 person photos.



How long will the photo experience last?

Approximately 15 seconds, which we’ve found to be a suitable amount of time to shake the celebrities hand, say a quick hello and get that photo.



Can my friends watch me have my photo taken?

No unfortunately not, only photo upgrade experience ticket holders are permitted access to the room where the photo experience take place.



What shall I do with my things when I’m having my photo taken?

We cannot allow guests to take personal items into their photo experience with the celebrity. Where possible we ask guests to leave personal items such as coats and bags with friends at their table.
